Dr. Roger Greenaway, Principal Consultant

PhD, Lancaster University

Dr. Roger Greenaway is an internationally recognized expert in experiential learning and team building. He has over 30 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs for a wide range of organizations, including schools, businesses, and government agencies.

Dr. Greenaway is the author of several books and articles on experiential learning, and he has been a keynote speaker at conferences around the world. He is also the founder and director of Reviewing Skills Training, a UK-based consultancy that provides training and support for facilitators, trainers, and educators.

Dr. Greenaway has delivered training and facilitation services in over 40 countries, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and many others. He has won several awards for his work in the field of experiential learning, including the Association for Experiential Education's Outstanding Practitioner Award.

He has served as a board member and president of the UK-based Institute for Outdoor Learning.

Dr. Ying Hong

Associate Professor, Fordham University, NYC

Expert in Human Resource Management

Dr. Hong received her MSc and PhD in Human Resource Management at Rutgers University; she also obtained her MSc in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Saint Mary’s University. Her research focuses on organizational behavior and psychology. For examples, she wants to understand the questions of how do individuals improve their emotional intelligence and leadership potential, and how can organizations’ use management mechanisms to improve employee engagement and work productivity. Her research has been published in many academic journals and books, including Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Resource Management Review, The SAGE Handbook of Organizational Behavior, The SAGE Handbook of Human Resource Management, and Battleground Business Series. She has also presented at academic conferences, including Academy of Management Annual Meeting and Canadian Psychological Association Annual Meeting. Her work was included in the Best Paper proceedings for three consecutive years (2007-2009) at Academy of Management Annual Meetings.

Besides research and teaching, Dr. Hong was involved in consulting projects conducted at Sirota Survey Intelligence, Center for Human Resource Strategy, Center for Women and Work, Center for Leadership Excellence, applying her research in help organizations and individuals achieve their goals.
